Part 1 of 3 Tony and Katherine had heard of Cyber War before but never thought they would have to figure out how to live through it taking down the grid Chaos comes fast as people quickly realize the world has changed for good But the battle also brews for Kat and Tony as they struggle with deciding whether to stay in the city or go to Kat s mom s in the country Will they bug in and try to make things work in the city Or will they leave in time to make it out away from the mayhem Grid Attack Cyber War 1 This first book features chapters that alternate between the two main characters viewpoints Katherine and Anthony are a happily married couple when the power goes out Katherine assumes the worst and begins to prepare for a SHTF scenario Anthony is not convinced that it s the end of the world. Grid attack answers until everything starts to point in that direction This was a great quick read from a point of view that most everyone can relate to What should you do Who should you help How can you prepare Well written and refreshingly descriptive it was very easy to feel in the moment and understand these people I m looking forward to of Katherine and Anthony s adventures Will the second book show an exodus from their home I can t wait to find out Emerson Hawk Audible version Great start to the seriesKevin Pierce has always been my favorite narrator the additional one was great The only issue was the story was not in order a situation would occur then the next thing made no connection Then a bit further the part that belonged with the situation the other part that had no connection or made sense played its first part Crazy Emerson Hawk This was a good short read Emerson Hawk Loved it What a great read Some apocalypse books seem so unbelievable Not Grid Attack I felt like I knew the characters personally felt their frustration happiness and sorrow Looking forward to books 2 and 3 Emerson Hawk Meh I will say it started to pick up speed a few chapters in but it appears to be one of those serials that does not provide some form of a conclusion to a plot raised in each book I abhor serial shysters who do this sort of thing Nothing wrong with a serial but please advertise your work as such I would be willing to pay a dollar or two for decent novella sized installments of quality writing but I will not when you advertise your work as a book The only way I will continue this series if the remaining scraps I refuse to call them books are offered through Kindle Unlimited That said I probably wouldn t pick up another novel by this author Emerson Hawk site_link post a comment.
